hello boys and girls, llamas and squirrels,

As some of you may be aware, we’ve undertaken the huge project of opening Axis 45: Seattle Tricking and Acrobatics. After running a series of test sessions I think we can trial our first series of scheduled activities in February! No memberships for this month, but that should be ready in March.

Current Schedule:
Monday: Open Tricking 7-9pm
Tuesday: Beginner friendly Tricking 6:30-7:30pm, Tricking exercise 7:30-8:30
Friday: Open Tricking 7-9pm
Sunday: 12noon 2-3hr workshops, Breakdance open 4-6pm

Regular Offerings
$15 Open Tricking (120m): No instruction provided. This is for people looking to TRAIN. You warm up on your own. You have your own training schedule. You focus on what you want to do; expect others to do the same. In general the floor will remain open and free of mats.
$15 Beginner Friendly Tricking (60m): Midway between a class and adult swim with a guided warm up and stretch. Freedom to choose your adventure. If you know generally what you want to work towards, we help troubleshoot and/or set up drills/stations.
$20 Tricking Exercise(60m): strengthening, plyometrics, balance, range of motion, and a good stretch. Prepare your body for the rigors of tricking!
$50 Workshops(120m): rotating menu of comprehensive topics.
$15 Open Breakdance(120m): Like open Tricking, but usually with break beats :D

Workshops will help us test out what classes we want to have recurring. Top contenders are the following:

-Tricking Pre-hab
-beginner hand balancing
-spinning/twisting guide

Off hours practice times:
Whether you’re unable to hit the main sessions, need extra practice, or want to request a private session (not lesson), message @seattletricking on Instagram about off hours practice availability. Please include specific times/days!

Off hours rates 60m increments (per hour/person):
-1 person : $20
-2: $18
-3+: $15
